Here at Bs Exhausts we build a lot of single Exhaust systems. This is a system that just exits out the one side of your vehicle and not out left and right like a twin exhaust system. Some vehicles you just cannot fit twin exhausts too also it’s the customers preference to want a single exit exhaust fitted. We build a lot of brand-new exhausts for vintage cars that are not available to buy anywhere. We can build a full new system to suit the vehicle and build it to the customers needs. For example, if you want the same exhaust as fitted from factory we can do that. Or if you want it a bit louder or a different sound we can also do that. We can buy in almost any boxes/silencers to suit and we can get all kinds of one off or common boxes if we don’t have on the shelf here. Also with a single exit exhaust is not as expensive as twin exit exhausts and you also get a real nice sound difference from this option. We do a lot of simple work like remove a back box silencer from a car and custom build a pipe out with no back box into a nice exhaust tip to enhance the loom and sound of the vehicle. We also do a lot of full systems from front to back like from turbo or manifold back all way to back of vehicle. Built to the customers requirements. Which maybe a non restricted pipe with no silencers at all straight through all way back.
Bs Exhausts we build a lot of twin exhaust systems. Or better known as “twin pipes”. This is a exhaust pipe system coming out left and right at the back of your vehicle. We fit them on a lot of petrol and diesel cars. Customers come to us to get a set of twin exhausts fitted to there Example Audi A4 or VW Golf or jetta whatever the car maybe. First question we ask is what exhaust tips would you like and do you require a back bumper diffuser or will we trim the original bumper to suit? We can supply back bumper diffusers for certain cars that they are available for. This has the cut out for the second exhaust that we will be fitting and looks superb when all is fitted. If there are no diffusers available from our suppliers or you want to save some money we can trim your original back bumper to suit for the new twin exhausts that are been fitted.
We then ask if you want a cat back system or straight through turbo back or just from the back axel back. In most cases the new twin pipes split out left and right at the back axel of the car. We generally remove the original back box and manufacture build the new set of pipes. We also supply a dummy box if required so the car will still pass the nct.

BS Exhausts build a lot of cat back exhaust systems. A cat back exhaust is similar to a straight through but leaving the original Catalytic converter “Cat” in the car. A lot of people go for this option as it saves having to bolt in and out the cat at any stage if it was removed. If you leave it in it will keep the noise levels and emissions down in the vehicle and suits in a lot of cases. We build a lot of new systems from the Cat Back into twin pipes and tips with no silencer boxes only a dummy box for Test. These all pass nct with no issues. It also gives the perfect sound and all the looks.
We build a lot of cat back systems for petrel cars with up rated aftermarket centre boxes and back boxes for a better performance flow and sound and looks of course. We can do a lot of different options with the cat back systems to suit the customers requirements. We can also give the option of making a DECAT Pipe where you can bolt in and out the Cat also if you wanted.
We offer all the available back bumper diffusers for your car. Back bumper diffusers are not available for all cars unfortunately but available for a lot. We have mainly Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Seat options in stock at any given time. You can call us or message us to see if we can source the diffuser you require. All the diffusers we have are a direct clip in fit on job. If they need painting or have to be glued on we recommend you get fitted before you get exhausts fitted. We then make the exhausts to fit the diffuser and ensure everything is fitted to perfection.
If there are no diffusers available, we can trim the original bumper to suit the exhausts and this is a neat trim when done. All customers are delighted with the finish.
We also offer a remapping service. We are teamed up with our local remapping company Remapping Ireland. Exhausts and Remaps go hand in hand together so why not get both done the one day. We also try and do the best deal available with both options together. Also when we carry out DPF work the car generally has to be remapped after the work is carried out to re programme the ecu. We offer all the different remap options. Power increase of up to 30%, Egr Deletes, Dpf Deletes, smoke maps, Limitters, and fuel efficiency up to 15%. This will give your car a full new lease of life when you get a remap and exhaust fitted.
