At Bs Exhausts we specialise in custom exhaust Fabrication and remapping services . We are almost 10 years in business working on thousands of different vehicles. We take pride in fitment and quality and affordability to suit all types of customers. Our main customers are the every day road cars which are driven on a daily basis. With this on mind we source the best quality grade 304 stainless steel exhaust tailpipes/components and boxes required. We only work with the highest grade material 304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm to 2mm wall size. Varying in sizes from 1.75” (45mm) to 3” (76mm) in diameter most commonly. We previously used to use a material called aluminised steel but since late 2019 we decided to only use stainless steel material as it lasts a lifetime. This is offering the best material for our customers. We buy In such a large quantity now that we can offer fantastic value on our full stainless steel exhausts.

We also work with two types of bending methods. Type one is our in house machine pipe bends which come in all standard everyday road car exhausts from factory, and type two is weld in mandrel bends which gives the best free flowing exhaust system available on the market. We fit this type bend on race cars/performance/rally cars/drift cars/high performance if required. Mandrel bends are used for 2.5” and 3” exhausts.

There is a lot more time put into a stainless steel mandrel bent exhaust system having to weld in each individual bend so this is the more expensive option. Our in house machine bent stainless steel system is the most commonly used as it is a faster process to build the custom exhaust and offers unbeatable value for our customers.
